To be alive is to be in perpetual change: growing, healing, learning, aging.
For this exhibition, award-winning writer and doctor Gavin Francis will consider in words and iconic images some of the changes that occur across the arc of human life: from the dynamism of biochemistry that sustains life to the transformations of conception and pregnancy; from the hormonal upheavals of puberty to gigantism and bodybuilding.
Sometimes the Centre’s exhibition space is not accessible because of a private booking. Call 0131 556 9579 to check.
