New Folk Music Map
The Folk Music Map is a new project by mapaholic Chris Rust, and has been on the web for just over a week. More than 400 folk clubs have been added by club organisers and members of the public. Chris started this map as a personal project, a way of listing folk clubs that his band might visit and play at. He soon realised that there were tools that could be used to make it a public map and it was an interesting challenge to see if that could work. The aim is to create a useful resource for all people interested in or involved with folk music.
