All are welcome – from the beginner to the experienced performer and no need to be able to read music.
Corrina Hewat is a lady of very many talents: composer, arranger, harper and inspirational song tutor. She has formed and directed a number of bands including Bachue, Chantan and Shine, The Unusual Suspects, and the TMSA Young Trad Tour. She is current Musical Director of Edinburgh’s “Sangstream Choir”. Expect a day of great singing, harmony, and fun! LOTS more here about the many strings to her CV – not just her harp! http://www.corrinahewat.com/about/

An opportunity for community singing groups from far and near who wish to perform songs from their own repertoire for the entertainment of other participants. (There is absolutely no mandatory requirement to do this, however; only if your group so wishes!)
Groups wishing to perform should prepare up to 3 songs. Preferably
let us know in advance if your group wishes to perform.
The final half hour will be given over to Corrina Hewat performing an acoustic set of songs for us, so don’t leave early!
Tea, coffee, juice, tap water and biscuits included in the workshop price.
We do not supply any food for purchase, so you may either bring what you prefer in your own packed lunches, or there are shops and a bakery just over the road, that sell filled rolls etc, and other local cafes/pubs.
Thanks to financial support from West Lothian Council we have been able to reduce the cost from last year so tickets are only £17 or £12 concession (to include hot and cold drinks as above.)
Individual concession prices are available to TMSA members, students, senior citizens, unemployed, disabled people and their helper.
How to book – visit www.eltmsa.org.uk for links to online booking through EventBrite (a small charge applies) or to the postal booking form – including details of group bookings & concessions.
Numbers are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment!
