Made in Scotland Information Sessions
Made in Scotland is a curated showcase promoting high quality and artistically ambitious music, theatre and dance at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. It is a partnership between Creative Scotland, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society, the Federation of Scottish Theatre and the Scottish Music Centre, and is supported through the Scottish Government’s Edinburgh Festivals Expo Fund. Its purpose is to raise the international profile of Scottish artists through the promotion of Scottish work at the Fringe.
Consistent with the ethos of Fringe, the fund is intended to provide additional resource to an existing intention to present work at the festival. It is not able to support the origination of work, nor will it fully fund a run at the Fringe, but can contribute to some of the direct costs of presenting work here.
There will be two free information sessions held next week in Glasgow and Edinburgh for those who are interested in applying.
