Children’s picture book author and storyteller Maria Cairney has released a new book, The Marveloso Minibeast Maloo.
Maria firmly believes in the power of rhyming text to support early reading development.Maria hopes to be able to share the first of a series of these highly interactive sessions that aim to leave you feeling fuzzily warm, hopelessly excited, tremendously engaged and fully in love with the learning possibilities that live literature events can bring to the lives of young children, their parents and carers and all of the incredibly supportive and enthusiastic staff whose greatest aims are to raise standards and expectations of literacy and reading at all times, right across Scotland and beyond.
