How would you describe your show in one sentence?
Ancient Indian stories brought to life by two dazzling British Indian Storytellers.
Is this a new show or have you performed it elsewhere?
Is this your first visit to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe?
We have been told to expect MANY weird and wonderful acts from all across the globe. I’m expecting we will be the only British Punjabi Storytellers from Wolverhampton attending Fringe!
How have you been preparing for the Fringe? How has the show developed/changed since your original idea?
As we are in the smaller Library Space at SSC we have just pared down the set a little. Reducing the Indian bling was not easy.
What do you think sets your show apart from all the other Festival offerings?
Stunning traditional Indian tales brought to life with a particularly Punjabi attitude.
What’s the show that you don’t want to miss at this year’s Fringe?
Still going through the brochure and there are some amazing spoken word slots that look great.
If your show was a place in Edinburgh, which place would it be and why?
Henna is like one of the little winding alleys you wonder down in Edinburgh and get a pleasant surprise as you realise where you have ended up.
