RCS Scottish Music Recital Festival

Next week, students in their 3rd and 4th years at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland will be performing their end of term recitals. These recitals have been gathered into a 3 day ‘Scottish Music Recital Festival’, where the fifteen performers will take to the stage to showcase high quality performances in their chosen disciplines, which include fiddle, pipes, clarsach, piano, accordion, percussion flute and voice.

The performances are free of charge, and are supported by the wonderful CCA Glasgow.

If you’re curious about performance work at the Conservatoire, interested in Scottish Music, up for supporting young musicians or thinking about applying for the newly developing BMus Traditional Music course, this festival will be a great opportunity to see some of the fantastic work the students have been getting up to.
