The Junior Conservatoire Is Coming To Fraserburgh
The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland is bringing two of its renowned Junior Conservatoire music and drama courses to Fraserburgh, with the launch of its Acting and Traditional Music programmes this September. These courses are for talented and committed young people who aspire to develop their skills and potentially work towards full-time study and a career in the performing arts.
Junior Conservatoire of Music – Traditional Music
For ages 11–18
The Traditional Music course is for young musicians who show potential in their instrument. We welcome applicants in fiddle, Scots song, clarsach, pipes, traditional piano and accordion. You don’t need to be a certain grade to join the Junior Conservatoire – our goal is to spot your potential and work with you through one-to-one lessons and ensemble work to develop your skills to the highest possible level.
Auditions: Tuesday 18th September at Banff Academy.
