How would you describe your show in one sentence?
The play of the book Tolkien wrote when he was worried he’d never finish The Lord of The Rings – suitable for fantasy fans and phobics alike.
Is this the first time that you are performing at the Fringe?
Far from it! This is Richard Medrington’s 24th Fringe. Nearly all of his Fringe experience have been at the Scottish Storytelling Centre, or The Netherbow, as it was called in ye olden days.
What do you think sets your show apart from all the other Festival offerings?
This show is an oasis of calm that helps you forget that the Fringe is even on. Cocoa is not provided, but audience members have told us it’s like having a bedtime story read to them.

The annoying things that seem to be keeping you back from doing the thing that you’d really like to be doing may have a lot more to them than just being niggles and distractions.
