New five week courses announced by Fun Fiddle

Five weeks of Americana fiddling and more, coming up Thursday 25th February!

Following our hugely popular five week course into Scandinavian style and repertoire, tutored by Marit Falt, we are looking forward to a new run of classes on Americana with Rona Wilkie. This class is open to any instrument in C Clef and will delve into the rich American seam of tunes that once might have been Scottish! Players should be competent at learning by ear, and able to play up to speed. Classes will start on Thursday February 25th 8pm for five weeks and can be booked here.

The Improvers/Intermediate class at 7pm will continue digging deeper into Fun Fiddle repertoire, unearthing some of the all time favourites and working on playing together and technique. Led by Marit Falt , the new five week block starting February 25th can be booked here

Beginners Fiddle at 7pm. After a great start to the world of fiddle playing, the beginners class will continue with simple tunes, work on bowing and playing by ear. This class is open to anyone who has played for 5 weeks or more! Tutored by Gica Loening. Classes can be booked here
