Dance Base is currently looking for volunteers with an interest in being involved in the upcoming Dance for Parkinson’s classes that will be running on a weekly basis from April onwards.
Working with our partners at Scottish Ballet, we will be providing training for dance teachers and creating dance classes with live music for people with Parkinson’s Disease, their caregivers, family members and their friends. These classes will explore a range of dance styles to engage participants’ minds and bodies and create an enjoyable, social environment for artistic exploration.
We are looking for volunteer assistants to help with the running of the class and to assist participants throughout.
